Dear Lash Disc customers we really appreciate you and hope that you enjoy your lashes, we hope that your are satisfied with your Lash Disc purchase.
Please note that due to sanitary and health reasons Lash Disc is not able to refund or exchange lashes. If you have any questions or concerns please email sales.lashdisc@gmail.com.
We thank you for your purchase and enjoy these products. Your eyes are the window to your soul make them mesmerising with Lash Disc.
Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We make sure all of our items sent out are 100% perfect and package them with care for you.
Exceptions / non-returnable items:
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges:
We do not offer exchanges if you decide to change your mind. If there is a fault with the product, we will meet consumer rights and happily replace.

Refunds:
For all Lash Disc products we Unfortunately we do not offer returns, refund or exchanges. If your product arrived damaged in this case email: sales.lashdisc@gmail.com to arrange replacement or refund.
We will notify you once we’ve received your damaged product information, and let you know if the refund or replacement was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded or send out replacement on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at sales.lashdisc@gmail.com.
Press on nails:
Custom painted nails:
- Nail sets can last up to 2-4 weeks, if cared for properly
- Nail sets are reusable. When they fall off they can simply be re glued.
- They are convenient, are easy to use and take off come with all the instructions.
- Nail application kit included!
- All custom made to order nails take 5 working day. If you are in a hurry and have checked out one already made, then contact me at sales.lashdisc@gmail.com.
Refund/Returns

For all press on nails we Unfortunately we do not offer returns, refund or exchanges. If your product arrived damaged in this case email: sales.lashdisc@gmail.com to arrange replacement or refund.
If you are unsure of sizing or measuring then I suggest that you order a sizing kit, this will allow you to work out sizing before purchasing a set. Custom sets are done on your measurements so if you get it wrong there will be no refunds, returns or exchange.
For other items these are hand made so each is unique and will turn out slightly different, therefore it’s up to you whether you purchase these items.
Please follow the instructions that are labeled on items, as this is your guide on how to use.
